Ground floor: A large entrance hall, a cellar and an open wardrobe
Outside: Dining area, outdoor fireplace, lawn, garden, plum and cherry trees, fountains and parking for 2 cars (with no snow)
First floor: A spacious kitchen (equipped with a wood stove, which is used for heating and cooking, along with a small, gas stove and fireplace), living room (with fireplace, sofa, corner seat and balcony), a small double bedroom and a bathroom (with shower, sink and toilet)
Roof floow: Two large double rooms, one room with bunk bed and window door and a small bathroom (with sink and toilet)
The house is equipped with central heating (wood), with electric power (220 V), is at your sole use and is suitable for 2-8 people.
Smoking indoors is not permitted. The bed, toilet, and kitchen linen are not provided by the landlord and must be provided by the tenant/holidaymaker.
On the main road there is a restaurant and apost office.
In case of snow, the car must be parked on the main road (parking available) and about 300 meters must be walked to reach the house.
