Ground floor: A spacious kitchen (equipped with a wood stove, which is used for cooking and an open fireplace), an entrance room, a bathroom (with shower, corian bath tub and corian sink) and a separate restroom (with WC)
Outside: Dining area, outdoor fireplace, lawn and parking for 1 car (with no snow)
First floor: A spacious double bedroom (equipped with a wood stove)and a living room with bed sofa
The house is equipped with electric power (220 V), is at your sole use and is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.
Smoking indoors is not permitted. The bed, toilet, and kitchen linen are not provided by the landlord and must be provided by the tenant/holidaymaker.
On the main road there is a restaurant and a post office.
In case of snow, the car must be parked on the main road (parking available) and about 300 meters must be walked to reach the house.
