Ground floor: A large entrance hall, a cellar, an open wardrobe and a restroom withWC
Outside: Dining area, outdoor fireplace, lawn, fountains and parking for 2 cars (with no snow)
First floor: A spacious kitchen (equipped with a wood stove, which is used for cooking, along with a small, gas stove ), living room, two double bedrooms, one of them with a small terrace), a bathroom (with shower and sink) and a separate restroom (with WC and sink)
Roof floow: One double room and one small room with limited height
The house is equipped with electric power (220 V), is at your sole use and is suitable for 2-7 people.
Smoking indoors is not permitted. The bed, toilet, and kitchen linen are not provided by the landlord and must be provided by the tenant/holidaymaker.
On the main road there is a restaurant and apost office.
In case of snow, the car must be parked on the main road (parking available) and about 300 meters must be walked to reach the house.
High season (sports holidays, spring holidays/Easter, July/August, autumn holidays)
